Day 01: Kanyakumari:

On arrival our representative will meet you then transfer to hotel. Kanyakumari, Confluence of three oceans, Arabian Sea, Indian Ocean & Bay of Bengal. On the way visit Padmanabhapuram Palace, Suceendram Temple. On arrival depart to enjoy a short sightseeing tour of Kanyakumari visiting Swami Vivekananda Memorial, TriveniSangamam and Thiruvalluvar Statue. Evening witness the spectacular sunset view. Overnight at Hotel/Resort.

Day 02: Kanyakumari:

Full day explore the city on your own.

Day 03: Kanyakumari-Kovalam:

Proceed to Kovalam. Kovalam truly capture the essence of Kerala. This internationally renowned beach has been favourite haunt of tourists since 1930’s. A beach paradise with boundless blue of the Arabian Sea and is a sheltered natural bay. On arrival check in at Hotel. Day free for leisure. Overnight at Hotel in Kovalam.

Day 04: Kovalam:

In the morning, embark on a sightseeing tour of Thiruvananthapuram which include PadmanabhaSwamy temple, Veli Tourist Village, Museum Complex, Science & Technology Museum, Shangmugham Beach and Aakulam boat club etc.Evening visit the Padmanabha Swami Temple, spectacular Kovalam Beach. Kovalam offers breathtaking backwaters, lush landscapes, coconut palms and pristine beaches. Overnight at Hotel/Resort.

Day 05: Kovalam- Alleppey :

After an early breakfast, check out from the hotel in Kovalam and drive towords Alappuzha for Houseboat cruise, which takes you through inland waterways and breathtaking backwaters of Alappuzha. There you can enjoy an overnight stay on the houseboat. Afternoon marks your arrival at Alappuzha, where you would be greeted with non-alcoholic welcome drink. Following this, cruise begins, taking through backwaters. Sightseeing includes visits to coconut lagoons, backwater resorts of Alappuzha. Journey halts for lunch where Lunch is served and the backwater journey continues again, taking you to C-block, R-block and Rajapuram. Cruise stops in the evening and you can enjoy evening walk in the village.

Houseboat cruise is the best way to explore the beauty of backwaters, enjoy your evening on the sundeck away from polluted cities and maddening crowd. Overnight stay in the House Boat.

Day 06: Alleppey -Thekady:

: After the breakfast proceed to Thekkady, on the way visit various splendid attractions, like Pooppara, Vandanmedu, Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary and Ankara. Following this, you can check in the hotel on reaching Thekkady. After relaxing for a while you can indulge in exhilarating optional activities, such as elephant safari, Kalari Payette-a traditional martial art form, Kathakali show, Jungle Jeep safari, Ayurveda massage, spice plantation visit and boating in Periyar, you may also indulge in some spice shopping.Enjoy with Altisgo. There are various kinds of spices cultivated in Thekkady. The most abundantly found spice in Thekkady is pepper. But there is a variety of cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, ginger, turmeric and curry leaves on the slanting slopes of the spice plantations in Thekkady.

You are then taken back to the hotel where you can enjoy overnight stay.

Day 07: Thekady- Munnar:

Assistance provided by our representative from the moment you arrive at the Cochin railway station or airport. He will escort you to Munnar and on the way you can savor splendid views of tea plantations and small towns, looking beautiful with the backdrop of picturesque lush surrounding. Besides this, you can witness Cheyyappara waterfalls, Valara waterfalls and Attukad waterfalls that are sure to leave you spell bound. Adimali, a wholesale place for cardamom and spices and Pallivasal are other attractions worth exploring.

Upon arrival in Munnar, check in to the hotel and spend time at leisure. You may go to visit the local market in the evening (on your own) and buy aromatic tea from the shops here. Enjoy a delicious dinner and spend a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel/Resort.

Day 08: Munnar:

After breakfast, take a sightseeing tour of Munnar visiting the fabulous Mattupetty Dam which proffers splendid views of gushing waters. You can enjoy optional boat drive here. Echo point, well renowned for you can get back to your hotel and relax. natural echo phenomenon, Sightseeing continues after lunch, including a visit to Tea Museum, Blossom Park and Pothemedu View Point. Following this, sightseeing ends.

Day 09: Munnar – Cochin :

Today, you are going to visit the popular tourist attractions of this coastal city. Most of the attractions of the city have a Portuguese, Dutch and British influence in their architecture. Visit the Jewish Synagogue, built in 1568. Observe the beautiful hand painted Chinese tiles in white and blue color used here. Next in line is the oldest European church of the country, the St. Francis Church. Later visit the Dutch Palace, also known as Mattancherry Palace. You are going to see the murals, Palanquins and many more ancient things here. Do not miss the Chinese nets too. Overnight stay at the hotel/Resort.

Day 10: Cochin -Departure:

After Breakfast at Hotel, get ready to say adios to God’s Own Country, bid farewell to this serene land as your holidays comes to an end as you get transferred to respective Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey back to home, along with unforgettable memoirs with Kerala Expedition.
